Job Requirements
- Reside in Norman, OK or surrounding areas
- ability to work a hybrid schedule with onsite presence at various school locations
- complete paid training sessions including a 3-day onsite "Train the Trainer" and virtual sessions
- willingness to comply with additional background and health screenings as required by local regulations
- ability to lift and transport equipment
- valid driver's license and access to appropriate vehicle
- reliable cell phone and internet access
- availability to work early mornings, evenings, and travel within assigned area
Job Qualifications
- Leadership experience
- four-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- excellent communication skills
- strong organizational skills
- tech savvy
- physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs
- flexibility to work varied hours and travel
- valid driver's license and reliable insured vehicle

Job Duties
- Oversee and inspire a team of photographers
- conduct training sessions and provide ongoing guidance
- manage photo day logistics and scheduling
- coordinate equipment storage and shipments
- partner with HR in hiring and interviews
- communicate with school contacts and photographers to ensure smooth operations
- participate in photo day events as needed providing hands-on support
