Job Requirements
- Reside in Ann Arbor, MI or surrounding cities
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, and travel as needed
- Reliable communication tools including cell phone and internet
- May require background or health screenings
- Access to insured vehicle large enough for equipment transport

- Four-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven leadership experience managing teams
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Tech-savvy with quick learning ability
- Valid driver's license with reliable vehicle
- Professional appearance and comfort in school environments
Job Duties
- Oversee and inspire a team of photographers
- Manage photo day logistics and scheduling
- Coordinate equipment storage, organization, and pickups
- Partner with HR to hire photographers and manage assignments
- Lead virtual team meetings and approve expenses
- Provide hands-on event support as a Photographer or Event Lead
- Ensure smooth daily operations including tech troubleshooting
