Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or food service preferred
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Basic computer skills
Availability to work flexible shifts including weekdays, weeknights and weekends

Job Duties

Greet callers promptly, courteously, efficiently and in a friendly manner
Take phone orders correctly
Knowledge of the menu/description of food and prices
Proper functioning/working knowledge of computer system
Effective communication with kitchen and other staff
Perform other related duties as assigned by the manager
