Job Description

H&H Color Lab is currently seeking a Seasonal Phone Receptionist to join their customer service team. This position is designed to provide vital clerical support while managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate personnel within the company. Job Requirements

  • Ability to read, comprehend and interpret instructions at a level normally acquired through a high school education
  • Friendly with excellent verbal communication skills
  • Familiar with operating a multi-line phone system
  • Knowledgeable in computer applications including Windows Suite such as Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Capable of prioritizing, organizing and planning work independently
  • Able to multitask effectively and efficiently
  • Able to work independently without close supervision
  • Professional and able to work well with others
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities

Job Duties

  • Answer, screen and direct incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system
  • Receive and distribute mail internally
  • Prepare the monthly mailing of customers' account statements
  • Process customer credit and debit transactions and enter and post check deposits in the software system
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the customer service department as requested
