- ability to travel to various event locations
- must present a professional appearance
- able to work as a contract employee
- capable of lifting and carrying vendor materials
- strong interpersonal skills
- able to use email and communicate event recaps

Job Duties
- dress professionally in clean Phat Panda branded attire
- show up ready to work with a positive welcoming attitude
- prepare complete vendor kit prior to event
- review vendor day checklist to ensure readiness
- arrive 15-30 minutes early to set up
- ask staff about best parking locations
- greet staff and ask for manager in charge
- sign in with store if required
- set up vendor table in approved location
- ask for list of specials and prices
- greet and engage customers with product information
- invite customers to try non-infused samples and take stickers
- provide informative answers to customer questions
- engage budtenders during lulls
- build relationships with store staff
- stay until end of event unless otherwise directed
- do not break down if customers are still engaging
- confirm all obligations fulfilled before breakdown
- thank staff for their time
- break down and organize materials
- email management and field rep with event recap
