This role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service to help people live healthier lives by treating customers and employees ethically and fairly. The pharmacist technician assists pharmacists in all tasks except those requiring professional judgment, ensuring that the right products, services, and care are delivered at the right time with fair and accurate pricing. The role requires maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations and all sanitation and safety guidelines. It also includes providing health screenings, compounding medications, performing post-fill audits, and supporting non-dispensing services utilizing various platforms and resources.
