Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- must be 18 years of age
- ability to handle highly confidential information
- completion of national registration, certification, or licensure
- understanding of HIPAA regulations and company policies
- compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED

- completion of national registration, certification, or licensure
- any previous comparable experience preferred
- any equivalent pharmacy technician experience preferred
Job Duties
- Support company health and wellness initiatives
- understand and adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies
- maintain current national and/or state registration, certification, or license as required
- assist pharmacist in all responsibilities except those requiring professional judgment
- provide a stellar customer experience ensuring accurate reception, data entry, adjudication, and product dispensing
- support coaching and training of clerks and/or technicians
- compound medications according to state and federal regulations
- perform post-fill audits to verify prescription information
- support non-dispensing services through various platforms and applications
- complete CLIA-waived screenings consistent with laws and policies
- provide additional health and wellness services allowed by law
- comply with sanitation and safety regulations
- identify and report unsafe conditions
- comply with local, state, and federal regulations including reporting illegal activity
- perform essential job functions with or without accommodation
