Job Requirements
- Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English

Job Duties
- Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience
- Registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service
- Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
- Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive customer experience
- Registers customer purchases, processes voids, returns, refunds, and exchanges
- Recommends items for sale, trade-up, and companion products
- Operates pharmacy systems to obtain prescription status and reports errors to pharmacist
- Maintains clean and merchandised counters and shelves, takes inventory, and prices merchandise
- Implements asset protection procedures and ensures compliance with laws on regulated products
- Constructs and maintains promotional displays
- Assists with store maintenance and completes special assignments
- Attends training and completes personal development programs as assigned
