preferred prior work experience with Walgreens

Job Duties

Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience
registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service
engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
resolves customer issues and answers questions
models and shares customer service best practices with team members
develops strong relationships with valuable customers
registers customer purchases, processes voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges
recommends items and assists with OTC products
operates pharmacy systems to obtain prescription status
reports prescription errors promptly
maintains counters and shelves by cleaning, merchandising, inventory, and pricing
implements asset protection procedures
ensures compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products
constructs and maintains promotional displays
assists with store maintenance and cleanliness
complies with company policies and maintains respectful relationships with coworkers
completes special assignments and training as assigned
