Job Requirements

  • 18+ years of age
  • Minimum 1 year experience in commercial foodservice
  • Experience in food preparation and equipment

  • Ability to safely maneuver around moving mechanical parts

Job Duties

  • Cut, slice, dice, chop food for recipe preparation
  • Prep ingredients in accordance with recipe specifications and SOPs

  • Assist in multiple cooking venues
  • Assist in technical areas and with catering orders as needed
  • Master recipe preparation, including daily production to account for raw material variations and customer demand
  • Prepare, package, and plate fresh product
  • Ensure compliance with department store and standard operating procedures
  • Properly handle and maintain temperature integrity of ingredients, products, and equipment
  • Maintain sanitation in food preparation areas
  • Properly handle, operate, and maintain equipment
