Job Description
SWTO, LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary and private fuel delivery fleet of 7-Eleven and SEI Fuels. With a fleet exceeding 200 power units and over 450 drivers, SWTO, LLC is a leading provider in the fuel transportation industry, delivering approximately 1.8 billion gallons of petroleum products including gas, diesel, and ethanol annually. Our primary clients are retail convenience stores and commercial fueling centers, where we play a vital role in ensuring these facilities remain stocked and operational. As an extension of 7-Eleven's existing carrier portfolio, we are committed to excellence in service, safety, and reliability across all our operations. Our company values professionalism and efficiency, employing industry-leading safety standards and innovative logistics to maintain our position as a premier fuel transporter in the regions we serve.
We are currently hiring Petroleum Transport Drivers to join our expanding team. This is an essential role designed for experienced, professional CDL drivers who understand the responsibilities involved in transporting hazardous materials safely. The position offers hourly PLU dollar pay programs with additional incentives for those with fuel hauling experience, along with paid overtime, night shift premiums, miles and load pay. Drivers will deliver petroleum products safely and efficiently, loading and unloading their cargo while maintaining a professional demeanor. The role also provides a stable home-daily schedule allowing drivers to return home each day, which is a significant benefit over long-haul trucking. This position offers paid training, ensuring you are fully equipped and knowledgeable of safety standards and operational protocols before hitting the road independently.
The compensation package is competitive and includes medical, dental, life, and vision insurance coverage options, a 401k plan, paid time off plans, uniform allowance, quarterly bonuses, and a fuel discount. Our commitment to our employees extends beyond typical pay, acknowledging the critical role drivers play in keeping communities fueled and functioning. At SWTO, LLC, you will be part of a team that supports your growth and success while offering opportunities for earnings based on experience, freight miles, and additional premiums for night shifts and specialized hauling skills. Our drivers are the backbone of our success and are treated with respect and fairness in all aspects of their employment. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer, ensuring an inclusive workplace for all qualified applicants regardless of race, gender, or background. Join us today to become part of a reputable company that values your skill, safety, and dedication as a Petroleum Transport Driver.
