The role of a Busser at Peter B's is crucial in maintaining the high standards of service and cleanliness that the restaurant is known for. As a Busser, you will work closely with Food Servers and bartenders to ensure guests receive prompt and courteous service. Job Duties

  • Responsible for serving guests while complying with a sequence of customer service standards to positively impact the guests' experience
  • ability to assume a pleasant and helpful attitude towards guests and fellow staff members
  • responsible for maintaining work areas and equipment clean
  • responsible for clearing, wiping down and setting tables with dishes, napkins, silverware, glassware and condiments for the next guest
  • assists serving staff in delivering food orders to tables
  • responsible for refilling guest water glasses and coffee cups
  • maintain sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas
  • complete food and beverage knowledge and be able to communicate in detail to guests
  • comply with the company's standards of conduct
  • assist bartenders with refilling ice bins, washing glassware, bussing dishes and replacing beverage products when scheduled as bar back
