Job Duties
- Responsible for serving guests while complying with a sequence of customer service standards to positively impact the guests' experience
- ability to assume a pleasant and helpful attitude towards guests and fellow staff members
- responsible for maintaining work areas and equipment clean
- responsible for clearing, wiping down and setting tables with dishes, napkins, silverware, glassware and condiments for the next guest
- assists serving staff in delivering food orders to tables
- responsible for refilling guest water glasses and coffee cups
- maintain sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas
- complete food and beverage knowledge and be able to communicate in detail to guests
- comply with the company's standards of conduct
- assist bartenders with refilling ice bins, washing glassware, bussing dishes and replacing beverage products when scheduled as bar back
