Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role
- Ability to lift and carry 40 pounds or more and stand, walk, or climb stairs frequently
- Possess a clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle dogs and work in environments with exposure to animal dander and sanitation chemicals

- Be capable of working on a computer system and handling dogs in environments exposed to animal dander and sanitation chemicals
- Have at least one year of experience in a customer-facing role
- Be a high school graduate or equivalent
Job Duties
- Pick up and drop off pet guests safely to and from their homes
- Ensure pets are secure in vehicles and arrive safely at the facility
- Present pets directly to owners and handle pet belongings and contracts with professionalism
- Maintain, clean, and sanitize vehicles after each use while adhering to motor vehicle laws and safety regulations
- Monitor pet playgroups and interact with pets, providing assistance in valet zones as needed
- Identify irregular animal behavior and communicate concerns immediately to the Manager on Duty
- Ensure pets are crated or leashed at all times and all human riders wear seatbelts while the vehicle is in motion
