Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service
- Answer phones and emails
- Greet pet parents
- Answer pet parent questions and collect their information
- Educate pet parents about Dogtopia and available pass and membership benefits
- Schedule services and set up meet and greets
- Check dogs in and out
- Escort dogs to and from their pet parents
- Give tours
- Maintain a neat and organized environment
