As a Pest Control Technician Trainee, candidates will participate in a five-week paid training program that covers pest detection, elimination, and prevention strategies. During this time, trainees will develop the technical skills necessary to deliver effective pest control solutions and obtain required certifications and licenses as mandated by local and state regulations. The role requires collaboration with a diverse range of commercial customers, establishing strong working relationships and educating clients on best practices to manage and prevent pest issues effectively.

The position operates predominantly during overnight shifts from Sunday to Thursday (9 pm to 5 am), with additional availability needed for off-hours and weekend calls. Trainees are also required to travel for a one-week training session in Eagan, Minnesota.
