Job Requirements

5+ years of experience as a sales professional in high-end travel or sales environment
Proven track record in consistently surpassing sales targets and revenue goals
Experience in call center environment handling inbound and outbound interactions
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Teams
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Dedicated home office with wired high-speed internet and quiet workspace
Bilingual proficiency in Portuguese preferred
Commitment to exceptional customer service
Positive and pleasant interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to understand policies and procedures for reservations
Strong product knowledge and eagerness to learn
Sales acumen to maximize revenue
Adherence to company sales process
Ability to use reservations systems

Job Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a sales professional in a high-end travel or sales environment
Proven track record of consistently surpassing sales targets and revenue goals
Experience working in a call center environment, taking both inbound and outbound interactions
Clear, persuasive communication with strong relationship-building skills
Comfortable with technology, using CRM systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and virtual collaboration tools like Teams
Flexible schedule availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
Equipped with a dedicated home office including wired high-speed internet and a quiet workspace
Bilingual in Portuguese preferred
Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
Maintain positive and pleasant behavior while engaging customers and colleagues
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to learn and understand policies & procedures for reservations and booking assistance
Strong desire to learn all aspects of the product including land, air, hotel, and shore excursions
Ability to maximize sales revenue by offering additional amenities and ancillary products
Ability to follow Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection sales process and utilize the reservations system

Job Duties

Curate exceptional journeys by recommending yacht itineraries, onboard experiences, and shore excursions
Make 75-100 daily outbound calls following up with guests that have expressed interest on our website or have requested more information on our product
Handle inbound sales calls from guests and answer questions about destinations, amenities, and pricing
Maintain detailed CRM records and ensure timely follow-up on every lead
Embrace feedback, stay coachable, and pursue sales goals with determination and a proactive mindset
Live the Ritz-Carlton service values every day, ensuring each interaction reflects our commitment to legendary hospitality
Offer ancillary services like travel protection, air & hotel, and excursions
