Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

Proficiency in handling order fulfillment and inventory processes
Strong problem-solving skills

Job Duties

Provide information on membership benefits and promote company products and services
Process memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts
Participate in sales and marketing events to meet membership goals
Maintain facility safety by following safety standards and procedures
Conduct safety sweeps and handle hazardous materials properly
Fulfill Member Fax ‘n Pull and Click ‘n Pull orders accurately
Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve their concerns
