Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- two years of relevant experience
- valid driver's license maintained during employment
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- U.S. citizenship
- successful completion of security background investigation and polygraph
- availability for full-time work Monday through Friday with flexible hours between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m.
- ability to intermittently commute to satellite offices and travel domestically and internationally
- willingness to complete a DCIPS trial period
- meet physical and interpersonal competency standards
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- two years of experience providing assistance with activities of daily living such as feeding, toileting, dressing, or mobility
- valid driver's license
- interpersonal skills including courtesy, sensitivity, and respect
- experience in home health care, nursing home, or acute care settings preferred
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- proficiency in using communication and documentation computer systems
Job Duties
- assist employees with targeted disabilities with feeding and meal preparation
- assist with toileting and clothing placement or removal
- aid employees in and out of vehicles at work sites
- maintain communication with customers throughout the day using phone and email
- utilize computer systems for documentation and tracking purposes
- intermittently commute to satellite offices during the work day to aid customers
- assist with travel accommodations both CONUS and OCONUS
