The Breakers is currently seeking a highly professional and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Personal Concierge. This role is vital in managing every aspect of our esteemed guests' experiences from pre-arrival through to departure. The Personal Concierge is responsible for coordinating transportation, dining reservations, entertainment, and any special requests, ensuring a seamless and personalized journey for each guest. This position requires an exceptional attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to foster lasting relationships with guests. The ideal candidate will be adept at multitasking, possess outstanding communication skills, and demonstrate a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. The Personal Concierge acts as a key liaison between guests and other departments within the resort to ensure flawless execution of services and exceed guest expectations. Job Requirements

  • previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is highly desirable

Job Duties

  • manage the pre-arrival process for guests including coordinating transportation reservations and any special requests
  • provide personalized recommendations and assistance to guests based on their preferences and needs
  • ensure all aspects of the guest's stay are seamless and meet their expectations
  • foster positive and lasting relationships with guests by providing exceptional service and anticipating their needs
  • handle guest inquiries complaints and special requests promptly and efficiently
  • collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth coordination of guest services
  • maintain an organized and efficient workspace including accurate record-keeping and documentation of guest interactions
