Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Culinary school degree or 1+ years of experience in restaurant kitchens
- Restaurant, catering, private chef, or professional kitchen experience
- Food handler's or food manager's certificate or willingness to obtain it
- Ability to cook at least 15 servings a day
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a small business
Job Duties
- Build and manage your menu on Shef's platform
- Prepare and cook meals ensuring quality and consistency
- Package meals using provided materials
- Coordinate with Shef for order management and delivery schedules
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
- Communicate with culinary support and respond to customer feedback
- Manage inventory of ingredients and containers
