The role of a busser at Pequod's Pizza is vital to maintaining the smooth operations and cleanliness of the dining environment. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong communication skills
- ability to work as part of a team and take direction
- dependable and punctual work ethic
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a busser or in a similar role preferred but not required
- strong work ethic and attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- physical stamina and ability to stand, bend, lift, and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Clear and reset tables efficiently and promptly after guests have finished their meals
- restock products and supplies as needed in service stations, on the dining floor and behind the bars
- assist servers and other team members as needed by running food, refilling beverages, and delivering additional items
- monitor dining areas for cleanliness and promptly address spills and debris
- empty and clean trash receptacles regularly
- provide assistance to guests such as directing them to restrooms or answering menu questions
- collaborate with servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
