Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
ability to stand and walk for extended periods
ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds
willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
strong communication skills
ability to work as part of a team and take direction
dependable and punctual work ethic

Job Qualifications

Previous experience as a busser or in a similar role preferred but not required
strong work ethic and attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization
ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
physical stamina and ability to stand, bend, lift, and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds repeatedly
flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
positive attitude, reliability, and commitment to exceptional service

Job Duties

Clear and reset tables efficiently and promptly after guests have finished their meals
restock products and supplies as needed in service stations, on the dining floor and behind the bars
assist servers and other team members as needed by running food, refilling beverages, and delivering additional items
monitor dining areas for cleanliness and promptly address spills and debris
empty and clean trash receptacles regularly
provide assistance to guests such as directing them to restrooms or answering menu questions
collaborate with servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
