Job Requirements

  • Familiarity with employee feedback and data analysis methods

Job Duties

  • Coordinate a smooth and personalized onboarding experience through logistics management and engaging orientation sessions
  • Collaborate with People & Culture and department leaders to ensure day-one readiness and cultural consistency
  • Gather and analyze employee feedback from surveys, check-ins, and stay conversations to enhance engagement strategies
  • Support employee experience initiatives including internal communications, event planning, and recognition programs that align with organizational values
  • Facilitate cross-team collaboration to drive a cohesive and inclusive employee experience
  • Promote positive workplace culture by implementing programs that make employees feel valued and connected
  • Measure the effectiveness of engagement activities and adjust strategies accordingly
