Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Warmly greet all guest upon arrival with professionalism and genuine hospitality
- operate computer reservation system in accordance with established policies, procedures, and guidelines
- escort guest to their tables, ensuring seamless and gracious transition
- maintain a well-organized, clean, and welcoming host stand and entrance area
- monitor dining room activity to anticipate guest needs and reduce wait times
- answer phones and respond to guest requests in accordance with Broadmoor Standards of Excellence
- schedule dining reservations and arrange parties and/or special services for diners
