Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Experience working in the food and beverage industry
  • Flexibility in schedule as it will change often
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Effective communication skills
  • Compliance with state liquor laws, must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
  • Willingness to work indoors and outdoors as required

Job Qualifications

  • Experience working in the food and beverage industry
  • Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic team member who works well with others
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Knowledgeable in food products and food preparations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Willingness to uphold and abide by all Broadmoor policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

Job Duties

  • Manage inventory, ordering and cost control for all bar-related supplies and spirits
  • Construct and execute table side martini and cocktail service
  • Help create and curate innovative cocktails that reflect and modern vision of the reimagined Penrose Room
  • Maintain thorough menu knowledge
  • Mix ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails or other drinks
  • Serve food from kitchen to guests in an efficient manner
  • Communicate with serving staff and kitchen staff to ensure accuracy of orders
