The company culture promotes teamwork, high standards of food safety, and continuous training and development for its employees. This focus on quality and service places Pei Wei as a key player in the fast-casual dining market, attracting a diverse clientele from families to young professionals who appreciate flavorful meals served promptly.

The role of Shift Leader at Pei Wei is vital for the smooth operation and success of each restaurant. This includes overseeing both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, making sure that staff perform their roles effectively and that guests have an outstanding experience from the moment they arrive.
