Pei Wei Restaurant Shift Leader-Hospitality/Culinary

At Pei Wei, Shift Leaders directly assist the Management teams and play a critical role in the success of the restaurants. They share the responsibility for training and guiding the behaviors of team members. Success in this role requires the ability to work in all aspects of the restaurant, from guest service to kitchen execution. Additionally, the capacity to understand and use back-office systems is critical. Shift Leaders are required to take the lead role in the absence of the Management.
