Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass pre-employment post offer background check
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Effective communication skills in English
- Proven cooking experience
- Knowledge of food preparation and safety regulations
- Positive and friendly attitude
- Open and flexible availability for demanding hours
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to bend, kneel, and lift up to 25 pounds or more
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Proven cooking experience including as a line chef, restaurant cook, or prep cook
- Proven knowledge of food preparation principles, cooking methods, and food safety regulations
- Ability to communicate effectively in English

- Ability to work well in a team
- Accuracy and speed in executing tasks
Job Duties
- Prepare food for service using approved recipes and production standards
- Maintain safety standards while using knives and other food preparation equipment
- Restock and break down workstation at the conclusion of shift
- Assist in controlling product costs by managing product waste
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain work areas, equipment, and utensils
- Demonstrate speed, efficiency, and ability to multitask
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
