Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cooks all food menu items to company specifications
  • Stock pantry station fully before the shift
  • Setup, operate, breakdown, and clean all kitchen equipment
  • Handle proper use of chemicals and cleaning agents in the building
  • Use all prep tools and equipment according to safety guidelines
  • Operate the POS system efficiently
  • Learn and guide guests on menu items, modifying dishes based on guest needs
  • Follow proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
  • Perform duties associated with kitchen operations
  • Work in varied temperature environments including warm to extremely warm kitchen conditions
  • Stock and organize daily or weekly deliveries
  • Wash dishes, sweep and mop floors, clean and maintain equipment, sanitize utensils, and maintain all areas of the restaurant
