Job Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent preferred
Previous experience as a cashier and operating a POS system
Understanding of English language
Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to customers, employee and management
Basic math skills and computer proficiency
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure

Job Duties

Greet and welcome customers entering the restaurant
Take and process customer orders into POS system
Process phone and online orders in a timely manner
Handle customer payments including cash and credit cards and make correct change
Package take home orders accurately
Maintain cleanliness and organization of front of house including drink and condiment stations
Set up, maintain and close front of house according to Pei Wei SOPs
