High school graduate or equivalent preferred
previous experience as a cashier and operating a POS system
understanding of English language
must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively
basic math skills and computer proficiency
ability to work in a team environment

Job Duties

Accommodate guests by greeting them in a timely professional manner and providing menu information
fulfill orders for dining in, take away, by phone, or online
responsible for overall setup, maintenance, and closing duties of the front of house following SOPs
process phone and in-person orders using POS system
process and total customer orders and apply payments correctly
handle credit card transactions, cash, and make accurate change
greet and welcome customers entering the restaurant
package take-home orders for customers
maintain cleanliness of front of house area including drink and condiment stations
comply with dress code
work in varying temperature conditions including warm to extremely warm environments in the kitchen area
