Job Duties

  • Responsible for the overall set-up, maintenance and closing duties for the front of the house (FOH) in accordance to Pei Wei SOP's
  • Process phone orders in a timely manner
  • Takes and processes customer orders into POS system
  • Processes and totals order on POS system and apply customer payment into register
  • Processes credit cards, takes cash and makes correct change for customer payment
  • Greet and welcome customers entering the restaurant
  • Packages take home orders for customers
  • Tabulate data regarding bills, total amounts, restaurant expenses in POS system
  • Maintains and cleans front of house area including drink and condiment station
  • Follows dress code
  • Work around various levels of temperature, including warm to extremely warm temperatures in the kitchen
