Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience as a cashier and POS system operator
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Basic math and computer skills
- Capacity to work well in a team
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Capability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to reach, bend, balance, and lift objects up to 30 pounds
- Ability to hear and see with correction to 100% accuracy
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience as a cashier and operating a POS system

- Basic math skills and computer proficiency

Job Duties
- Accommodate guest needs by greeting them promptly and professionally
- Fulfill dining in and take-away orders placed in-person, by phone or online
- Set up, maintain, and close front of house area according to Pei Wei standard operating procedures
- Process phone orders quickly and accurately
- Input customer orders into the POS system
- Process payments including credit cards and cash, and give correct change
- Greet and welcome customers entering the restaurant
- Package take-home orders securely
- Maintain cleanliness in front of house areas including drink and condiment stations
- Tabulate bills, totals, and restaurant expenses accurately in POS system
- Follow dress code requirements
- Work effectively around various temperature levels including warm to extremely warm kitchen environments
