The team member is responsible for accurately processing orders for dine-in or takeout, whether placed in person, by phone, or online. This role involves using the Point of Sale (POS) system to enter and finalize orders, process payments including credit cards and cash, and ensure the accuracy of transactions and change given to customers.

In addition to order processing, the Front of House Team Member is tasked with maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front of the house area, including the drink and condiment stations. The individual supports overall restaurant operations through setup, maintenance, and closing duties as prescribed by Pei Wei's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This role requires working in various temperature settings, including warm environments near the kitchen.
