Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior cashier experience with POS system operation
  • proficiency in English for communication
  • basic mathematical skills
  • computer literacy
  • teamwork capability
  • ability to work under pressure
  • standing and walking for 4 to 10 hours per shift
  • physical ability to lift and transport objects up to 30 lbs
  • effective hearing and vision with correction

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience as a cashier and operating a POS system

Job Duties

  • Greet guests promptly and professionally
  • provide information about menu and dining concept
  • take and process customer orders via POS system
  • handle cash and credit card payments accurately
  • package take home orders
  • maintain cleanliness of front of house area including drink and condiment stations
  • perform opening, maintenance, and closing duties according to SOPs
