Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years general manager experience externally
- 6 months Pei Wei Sr./Assistant Manager experience internally
- certified in Pei Wei Culinary and Front-of-House operations
- ability to stand and walk for 8 to 10 hours each shift
- ability to reach, bend, balance, and transport objects up to 30 lbs
- must obtain and maintain safe food handlers permit within 6 months
- strong leadership and communication skills
- proficiency in conflict management and team development
- ability to handle administrative operations such as payroll and cash handling
Job Qualifications

- minimum 2 years general manager experience for external candidates
- internal candidates require 6 months as Pei Wei Sr./Assistant Manager
