Operational responsibilities also include managing inventory, cost controls, ordering supplies, and maintaining the restaurant’s physical condition through regular repairs and maintenance. By forecasting sales accurately and creating efficient staffing schedules, you will ensure that labor costs align with budget goals while maintaining excellent customer service levels.

This role demands strong decision-making and adaptive learning skills, allowing you to handle unfamiliar challenges effectively and make well-informed decisions even under pressure. The ideal candidate will exhibit proficiency across front-of-house and back-of-house operations, be skilled in coaching and performance management, and excel at communicating across all levels of the organization.
