Froedtert Health offers a competitive salary, potential sign-on bonus or relocation incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, short- and long-term disability coverage, CME reimbursement, retirement savings plans like 403(B) or 457(B), and malpractice insurance.
The organization is committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workforce environment and maintains a drug-free workplace with pre-employment substance abuse testing. Accommodations are available during the application and interview process to ensure equal opportunity for all candidates. This role is open to physicians who hold or are eligible for Wisconsin medical licensure, with board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics.
