Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- ability to work flexible schedules based on office needs
- availability to travel occasionally to another site within reason
- prior healthcare experience preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to handle confidential information according to HIPAA

- able to navigate multiple computer systems
- prior front desk, concierge, customer service or hospitality experience preferred

Job Duties
- Greets families professionally both in person and on the phone
- answers patient/family questions and seeks clarification when needed
- accesses empathy and active listening in difficult interpersonal situations
- supports patient care quality initiatives as directed
- coordinates escalations and urgent issues for timely resolution
- collaborates with site leadership to manage complex patient issues
- employs PM Pediatric Care's core values to assist patients and families navigating PM systems
- monitors and manages patient flow and assists with self-registration
- maintains current knowledge on workflows and technology
- registers patients and maintains accurate patient accounts while complying with HIPAA
- manages incoming patient documents and correspondence properly
- maintains confidentiality and privacy of patient information
- performs opening and closing duties including organizing, stocking, sanitizing, and reconciling
- executes other duties as assigned
