Job Requirements
- Education level: graduate from an accredited physical therapy program
- Valid or pending state licensure as a physical therapist in Virginia
- Experience working with pediatric patients preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week
- Willingness to participate in mentorship and continuing education
- Commitment to inclusive and patient-centered care

Job Duties
- Provide individualized one-to-one physical therapy treatment to pediatric patients
- Encourage parent and caregiver participation in sessions to facilitate home exercises
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including occupational therapists and speech-language pathologists
- Develop customized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs
- Participate in mentorship and peer learning activities
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and progress reports
- Engage in professional development through continuing education and certification programs
