Kitchen Crew members are crucial in preparing our delicious pizzas. Starting roles like Dough Slapper or Oven Catcher allow new team members to learn the menu and kitchen operations thoroughly. The Kitchen Leader acts as a manager-in-training, overseeing shifts to ensure orders are completed accurately and promptly. This leadership role also involves mentoring kitchen staff to maintain high standards and achieve operational success.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Physical stamina for standing and lifting
- Good communication skills
- Team-oriented attitude
- Prior experience preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license for Delivery Driver position
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or food industry preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to fast-paced environments
- Leadership skills for Front Leader and Kitchen Leader roles
- Familiarity with POS systems advantageous
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record for Delivery Drivers
Job Duties
- Taking orders and entering them into the system via phone, walk-ins, or drive-thru
- Preparing basic food items like salads and boxing orders
- Training new Front Crew members in making salads and order taking
- Handling customer disputes professionally
- Closing the store and shutting down POS when manager is absent
- Assisting in kitchen shift execution including dough slapping and oven catching
- Leading kitchen crew to ensure timely and accurate order completion
- Delivering orders courteously and efficiently to customers
- Supporting store operations by cleaning and maintaining the environment
