Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food service or retail preferred
- Ability to handle customer interactions professionally
- Basic food handling knowledge
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Must be able to lift moderate weights and stand for long periods
- Valid driver’s license and insurance for delivery roles

Job Duties
- Take orders accurately and enter them into the system
- Prepare basic food items like salads and box up orders
- Train new Front Crew members and handle customer disputes
- Close the store and manage the POS system in absence of a manager
- Assist in kitchen operations and learn menu items
- Ensure timely and quality execution of orders in the kitchen
- Lead kitchen crew and step in for Kitchen Manager when needed
- Deliver orders to customers courteously and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and assist with general store upkeep
