Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in food service or retail preferred
  • Ability to handle customer interactions professionally
  • Basic food handling knowledge
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Must be able to lift moderate weights and stand for long periods
  • Valid driver’s license and insurance for delivery roles

Job Duties

  • Take orders accurately and enter them into the system
  • Prepare basic food items like salads and box up orders
  • Train new Front Crew members and handle customer disputes
  • Close the store and manage the POS system in absence of a manager
  • Assist in kitchen operations and learn menu items
  • Ensure timely and quality execution of orders in the kitchen
  • Lead kitchen crew and step in for Kitchen Manager when needed
  • Deliver orders to customers courteously and efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and assist with general store upkeep
