We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for a driven individual with a strong work ethic and an enthusiastic approach to sourcing qualified candidates for various companies. As a Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing and training recruiters, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring communication with clients and internal teams is seamless and productive. You will play a critical role in shaping recruitment processes, improving sourcing channels, and delivering high-quality candidate shortlists that meet or exceed client expectations.

The position requires excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. Strong leadership and project management abilities are essential, as you will oversee a team of recruiters and coordinate efforts to optimize recruitment outcomes. Your expertise in recruitment metrics, practices, and guidelines will drive continuous improvement and innovation within the recruitment operations. Your excellent verbal and written communication skills in [X] language will enable effective interaction with clients, candidates, and internal teams, supporting clear and timely reporting and feedback. A degree in Human Resources or relevant fields is preferred to ensure a solid understanding of recruitment and HR fundamentals.

In this role, you will be responsible for training recruiters to perform resume searches on leading external databases such as Monster and CareerBuilder, maintaining and updating the internal candidate database, and communicating recruitment goals and objectives clearly to your team. You will also be expected to research and recommend new recruitment sources, build networks to find qualified candidates, and review applicant qualifications to ensure alignment with job requirements. Regular reporting to clients on recruitment activities and progress will form a key part of your responsibilities, including preparing weekly reports on tasks in progress and candidate search results. Additionally, you will be tasked with proofreading job descriptions and related materials to maintain accuracy and professionalism.

Job Duties

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies, tactics, funnels, and procedures
