- 2 years of customer service experience preferred

Job Duties
- Greet and assist patients and family members through a modified valet practice at the PCI circle drive
- provide wheelchair assistance from building entrance or parking lot as necessary
- professionally greet and screen all patients, families, and visitors entering through the main lobby for COVID
- assess patient needs and direct them to the proper point of service
- answer questions from patients, visitors, and public using professional etiquette
- make rounds to proactively assist visitors by providing information
- keep the PCI lobby and waiting areas clean and organized including restocking magazines, fresh water, and coffee
- maintain confidentiality of patient, family, coworker, and physician information
- support clerical functions of physician practices including gathering demographic and financial information
- schedule and coordinate appointments for Wig Boutique services
- provide oversight for activities within the Resource Center
