Job Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation
- Compassionate and reliable
- Must be able to pass background checks
- Willingness to attend weekly orientations
- Must be able to perform physical caregiving tasks
- Available to work 30 to 40 hours per week or according to client schedule
- Ability to work both full-time and part-time
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is helpful but not required
- Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately
- Basic understanding of personal care and hygiene practices
- Reliable transportation to travel to client locations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Willingness to undergo background checks and training
Job Duties
- Provide personal care to clients such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist clients with mobility and transfers
- Monitor and report changes in clients' health status
- Administer medication reminders when necessary
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
