Job Requirements
- minimum of 2 years payroll processing experience
- proficiency in Dayforce payroll systems preferred
- strong interpersonal, written communication and organizational skills
- advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel and Word
- extreme attention to detail and data integrity
- ability to work within a fast-paced multi-task environment
- flexibility to work outside regular hours to meet payroll deadlines
- maintain a warm and friendly demeanor
- effective verbal and written communication skills
- ability to listen, understand and clarify concerns
- multitask and prioritize departmental functions
- attend all hotel-required meetings and trainings
- comply with hotel standards regarding attendance, appearance and safety
- identify problems and assist in implementing solutions

Job Qualifications
- minimum of 2 years payroll processing experience

Job Duties
- process payroll accurately on a bi-weekly basis
- execute paid time off and maintain proper records
- run detailed payroll reports
- communicate effectively with all departments regarding payroll matters
- handle live check reversals and direct deposit reversals with thorough tracking
- conduct weekly labor meetings and maintain labor planning reports
- manage payroll operations across multiple hotel properties
