Job Requirements

  • minimum of 2 years payroll processing experience
  • proficiency in Dayforce payroll systems preferred
  • strong interpersonal, written communication and organizational skills
  • advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel and Word
  • extreme attention to detail and data integrity
  • ability to work within a fast-paced multi-task environment
  • flexibility to work outside regular hours to meet payroll deadlines
  • maintain a warm and friendly demeanor
  • effective verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to listen, understand and clarify concerns
  • multitask and prioritize departmental functions
  • attend all hotel-required meetings and trainings
  • comply with hotel standards regarding attendance, appearance and safety
  • identify problems and assist in implementing solutions

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • process payroll accurately on a bi-weekly basis
  • execute paid time off and maintain proper records
  • run detailed payroll reports
  • communicate effectively with all departments regarding payroll matters
  • handle live check reversals and direct deposit reversals with thorough tracking
  • conduct weekly labor meetings and maintain labor planning reports
  • manage payroll operations across multiple hotel properties
