The Pavilion Concierge role at Pebble Beach Company is a vital front-facing position responsible for managing all vehicles entering the Lodge complex. This position goes beyond traditional concierge duties by providing guests with a warm and friendly greeting, offering precise directions, and effectively communicating check-in details to Guest Services staff. As the first point of contact for arriving guests, the Pavilion Concierge plays an instrumental role in shaping the initial guest experience, making sure each visitor receives attentive service and seamless support from the moment they arrive. The role demands great interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor in all interactions, and the ability to maintain composure during high-pressure situations. The Pavilion Concierge must be adept at memorizing and delivering scripted directions, demonstrating thorough knowledge of the resort layout and daily activities, and anticipating potential guest needs or concerns ahead of time.
