Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to memorize and accurately deliver directions
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work with limited supervision

- Good communication skills, both oral and written
- Professional image in dress and communication

- Willingness to work flexible hours including holidays
- Knowledge of Pebble Beach Resorts and Monterey Peninsula is desired but not required
Job Duties
- Present a warm and friendly demeanor in all interactions
- Memorize and present scripted directions
- Function with limited supervision
- Maintain a professional demeanor in stressful situations
- Greet every vehicle entering the Pavilion
- Direct every vehicle to its appropriate destination
- Communicate guest check-in vehicle details to Guest Services staff before arrival
- Stay informed on daily resort activities and provide accurate information
- Anticipate and address potential guest problems or concerns
- Uphold the Pebble Beach Company culture and safety policies
