The Pavilion Concierge role at Pebble Beach Company is a vital front-facing position responsible for managing all vehicles entering the Lodge complex. This position goes beyond traditional concierge duties by providing guests with a warm and friendly greeting, offering precise directions, and effectively communicating check-in details to Guest Services staff. As the first point of contact for arriving guests, the Pavilion Concierge plays an instrumental role in shaping the initial guest experience, making sure each visitor receives attentive service and seamless support from the moment they arrive. The role demands great interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor in all interactions, and the ability to maintain composure during high-pressure situations. The Pavilion Concierge must be adept at memorizing and delivering scripted directions, demonstrating thorough knowledge of the resort layout and daily activities, and anticipating potential guest needs or concerns ahead of time. This role is essential in bridging communications between arriving guests and hotel staff, ensuring smooth operational flow and guest satisfaction throughout their stay.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to memorize and accurately deliver directions
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work with limited supervision

Job Qualifications
