Patient Services Representative

At Des Moines University (DMU), you will have the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the future of Medicine and Health Sciences. DMU is currently seeking a Patient Services Representative (PSR) to provide support to the physical therapy (PT) department in both downtown Des Moines and West Des Moines locations. The PSR will serve as the main point of contact for patients, both in person and over the phone, communicating warmly and efficiently to gather necessary information for scheduling and registration. Additionally, the PSR will ensure accurate collection and entry of demographic and insurance details into the Electronic Health Record (EHR), as well as handling payments, copays, and insurance information during check-in processes.
