Job Duties

  • manage patient registration, insurance verification, scheduling, collection, and cash receipting
  • encourage patient utilization of front-end technology during registration
  • enter and maintain confidential and accurate patient information including insurance and billing
  • demonstrate proficiency of emergency codes and appropriate responses
  • monitor inventory and stock medications, narcotics, and emergency equipment
