Job Description

St. Vincent Breast Center is a renowned outpatient radiology imaging center located in Little Rock, Arkansas, specializing in breast health and diagnostic imaging services. As part of a trusted healthcare network, St. Vincent Breast Center is dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care in a compassionate and supportive environment. The center is known for its focus on patient satisfaction, state-of-the-art technology, and a team of skilled professionals committed to early detection and effective treatment of breast-related health conditions. With a patient-first approach, the center handles a high volume of cases efficiently while maintaining personalized care for each individual.

This entry-level position at St. Vincent Breast Center's front office is a critical role that serves as the first point of contact for referring physicians, patients, and customer care interactions. The position is based in a very fast-paced outpatient radiology setting where maintaining a positive attitude and strong attention to detail is essential. The successful candidate will perform a variety of administrative duties including patient scheduling, check-in, confirming patient information for accurate treatment and insurance purposes, insurance filing, and managing phone inquiries with empathy and professionalism. Confidentiality in handling patient information is strictly maintained to comply with healthcare privacy standards.

Working Monday through Thursday for 10-hour shifts, totaling 38 hours per week, this full-time role offers a competitive starting pay from $15.00 per hour. The outpatient nature of the work environment demands adaptability and the ability to multitask effectively while overseeing patient satisfaction throughout their clinic experience. Preference is given to candidates with at least one to two years of experience in a medical office or two to three years of customer service experience. Though bilingual candidates are preferred, this is not required, and candidates will undergo a drug screen and background check as part of the hiring process.

Joining St. Vincent Breast Center means becoming part of a healthcare team that values professionalism, compassion, and patient-centered care. The role provides an excellent opportunity for individuals starting their careers in medical administration to gain valuable experience in a medical office environment. The center offers benefits including a 401(k) plan with matching, health and dental insurance, vision coverage, and paid time off. This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with relevant experience strongly preferred. The role is based entirely in-person to facilitate direct interaction with patients and staff, ensuring smooth operation of the front desk and excellent service delivery.
