This expansive healthcare system is dedicated to providing superior medical care through internationally recognized centers of excellence specializing in cancer, cardiovascular care, orthopedics and sports medicine, and neurosciences. Supported by philanthropy and motivated by its faith-based mission, Baptist Health consistently upholds a commitment to medical excellence and compassionate patient care. For 25 consecutive years, the organization has been honored as one of Fortune's 100 Best Companies to Work For, reflecting an outstanding workplace culture. Moreover, the 2024-2025 U.S. News & World Report Best Hospital Rankings recognized Baptist Health as the most awarded healthcare system in South Florida, achieving 45 high-performing honors.

What truly distinguishes Baptist Health is its people. The organization fosters a culture in which personal connections between colleagues are cultivated beyond the workplace, and deep, meaningful relationships with patients and their families are continually strengthened beyond the provision of medical treatment. Many staff members share lived experiences with patients, fueling a profound commitment to compassion and quality care. Rooted in a purposeful culture, every team member contributes significantly to creating a positive impact, truly embodying the principle that when it comes to caring for people, everyone is all in.

The role of Patient Experience Concierge at Baptist Health is a vital frontline position, known as the Hospital's Director of First Impression. This role is entrusted with managing the initial needs of patients and their family members, ensuring they feel welcomed and well-informed from the moment they enter the facility. The Patient Experience Concierge serves as a critical link between patients, families, and clinical staff by providing accurate information, addressing inquiries promptly, and maintaining effective communication across supporting departments. This position requires a high standard of customer service and interpersonal skills to interact effectively and cordially with patients of all ages, their families, community members, and hospital staff.

The Patient Experience Concierge's duties include acknowledging, greeting, and assisting visitors, representing the hospital positively, and ensuring every interaction leaves a favorable impression that reflects Baptist Health's values. Strong communication skills are essential for serving as a liaison that facilitates information flow and addresses concerns or special needs expediently. Coordinating patient and guest services within the reception area is another key responsibility that demands attention to detail and a commitment to service excellence. This role offers an estimated pay range of $16.00 to $17.84 per hour, depending on the candidate's experience, making it an accessible yet impactful entry point into a career with a prestigious healthcare organization dedicated to leading-edge patient care and community well-being.
