6+ months of healthcare or dental front office experience preferred
bilingual in Spanish preferred
regular predictable attendance
ability to work effectively with others

Job Duties

Collect and process payments
import authorizations and call parents
schedule treatment and recall appointments
confirm treatment appointments
answer phone calls throughout the day
process no show reports
schedule patients from ASAP list
check patients in and out
verify patient information on file
verify insurance eligibility
call patients when past 10 minutes
confirm observation appointments
schedule observation appointments
manage daily sign-in sheet
scan Non-Public Personal Information and enter into system
